Managing Reflux
Reflux Support Plan
If you are reading this, you may well suspect that your little one is experiencing the discomfort and pain that is reflux or colic. Perhaps he is very unsettled or is unhappy being anywhere other than in your arms. Maybe you are unsure what the problem is but KNOW that something is just not right. You know your baby best and I am here to help to get to the bottom of their pain and discomfort.
Reflux can be caused by many different things; it may be that your baby is taking on too much air during feeding, perhaps it is related to their birth or there could be an undiagnosed allergy or intolerance. I am here to help try and understand and resolve these potential issues.
I have now finished my certificate training with The Baby Reflux Lady® and am a certified infant reflux specialist. I can now offer one-to-one, individual reflux support plans.
Services from £110 for a detailed consultation (includes a zoom consultation which usually lasts for 60-90 minutes) and a detailed plan based on information given during initial consultation. Any further advice or support will be charged at an hourly rate.
“Jenny was a great support to us when our twins were both suffering from bad reflux. She helped us to step back and think through possible causes and supported us in lots of ways including suggesting we get specialist latch support for breast and bottle feeding, getting tongue ties identified and cut (both had tongue ties which hadn’t been picked up early on), and with the overwhelming different options available when it came to trying out new milks when we suspected a cows milk protein allergy with one of our twins. She also helped give us the confidence to stop medicating and to keep trying less invasive options such as different bottles, tongue ties, latch issues, mouth exercises, milk variations etc. We now have one baby who is very happy on a new milk with absolutely no reflux at all and another who is definitely moving in the right direction. Everything feels a lot easier to manage now than they did when we first got in touch with Jenny. On top of all the advice and knowledge she shared, Jenny genuinely cared and always checked in with us and when it feels like you don’t have anywhere to turn and can’t get the specialist support and advice you need from doctors, that support and care and an extra person to turn to is really invaluable!.”
